Withdrawal Methods

The TradExtra policy for withdrawal is that all withdrawals will be processed to the original source of the funds.
If the value of the withdrawal request exceeds the value of the amount deposited by credit card the remaining value will be transferred by wire transfer or native payment method.
In order to comply with anti-money laundering policies, TradExtra will request the following documentation before the first withdrawal:
  • Official ID with picture (not expired)
  • Proof of address
  • If a credit card was used to deposit funds, the credit card front and back showing only the last 4 digits.
* Please note that if a trader uses multiple credit cards to deposit funds, the documents listed above will be required for each credit card.

Customers will be notified by e-mail regarding documentation required. Withdrawals will not be processed and confirmed until these documents are received.

What are the withdrawal charges?
There are withdrawal charges associated with certain TradExtra account levels:
Mini and Standard: Your first withdrawal is free
Executive: One free withdrawal per calendar month
Gold and Platinum: Every withdrawal is free!

Are there certain times when I can make withdrawal requests?
Requests for withdrawals can be made at any time via the TradExtra site. The requests will be processed only after identification has been verified and during business hours of financial institutions.

How long does it take to get my money?
Withdrawal requests are handled as quickly as possible and we likewise work to release the funds as quickly as possible. To expedite this process, we ask that you send in the documents detailed above so that once your identity is verified we can begin to process the withdrawal request.

How can I withdraw funds from my account?
Login to your account, click on the ‘My Account’ tab on the tool bar at the top of the page, then select ‘Withdrawal Requests’ from the drop-down menu. Enter the amount to be withdrawn in the base currency. Complete the electronic form as required then click ‘Submit’. You will be notified via email once the processing of your withdrawal request is complete.

How long does it take to withdraw money?
Withdrawals are usually processed by TradExtra up to 7 business day. After that, the time it takes to reach you depends on the withdrawal method. TradExtra reserves the right to refund traders via the original payment method used when initially funding the trading account. Please note that delays beyond our control might occur due to third party withdrawal processing methods.

Can I change my mind?
To review your withdrawal request, please go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘History.’ As long as the status of your withdrawal request is ‘Pending,’ you can cancel it by simply clicking the ‘Cancel’ button.
In the event of a withdrawal, either for the full or partial amount of the total deposit requested without meeting the redeemable terms, the following actions will take place:
The bonus or any benefits will be subject to cancellation immediately
In the case that withdrawal of funds has been removed from the trading account, further trading actions that have taken place will result in the following
actions:
Any losses shall be held liable by the client (account holder)
Any profits shall be deducted from client’s account balance
* TradExtra reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
* The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the minimum trading volume requirement, equivalent to 30 times the value of your bonus amount, has been met. For example: (deposit + bonus) * 40 times = withdrawal
